Jérôme started his career as an accredited real estate notary in France. He later specialized in the healthcare real estate sector. Realizing the growth potential of that sector, he founded LINKES in 2010, a healthcare real estate brokerage that successfully completed over $550m worth of transactions primarily across Western Europe and the Middle-East. Jérôme has now 20+ years of experience in the healthcare real estate sector, of which 14 years at the helm of the brokerage firm LINKES. He has built important connections in the industry across Europe, and has become a go-to broker for all major senior home owners and operators in France.

Pierre spent 3 years at Credit Suisse in New York and London as an equity derivatives structurer, providing bespoke equity-linked solutions to external clients in Europe, Africa, and the Americas, transacting over US$40bn. In 2023, Pierre moved to S64 Capital Innovation where he is structuring private markets funds for asset managers and private banks. The same year, Pierre was appointed CEO UK, US, Australia of LINKES to develop the healthcare real estate brokerage in those regions, and founded his own company Adrastea that provides contractual project management services to major corporations in the UK.
